Meliá Set 1

From €4.600/day - Up to 50 people/room

Includes:

  • 80-Inch LED monitor.
  • Lighting for the speakers.
  • Professional video camera for quality shots.
  • Integrated audio to create great acoustics, adaptable to the video-conferencing software used.
  • Microphone and comfort monitor for each speaker.
  • On-site production and technical assistance.
  • Livestream on social media with unlimited connections.
  • Event room rental for one day.

Rates applicable on the basis of quotes in the provinces of Madrid and Barcelona. Request more information for other locations. Sets 2 and 3 include one day of set up plus one day of event. Set 1 includes staff for the set-up and event all on the same day. If the event is in the morning, one day of technical staff should be included (€1,186). This is only applicable if the event takes place in the morning and has to be set up the day before.

Meliá Set 2

From € 7.600/day - Up to 100 people/meeting room

Includes:

  • 3 metre by 2 metre LED screen for content and background.
  • Lighting for the speakers.
  • Professional video camera for quality shots.
  • Integrated audio to create great acoustics, adaptable to the video-conferencing software used.
  • Microphone and comfort monitor for each speaker.
  • On-site production and technical assistance.
  • Livestream on social media with unlimited connections.
  • Event room rental for one day.

  • 5x3 m led screen and two 1 x 2 m totems for content and backgrounds.
  • Lighting for the speakers.
  • Surround lighting and effects for the room.
  • Professional video camera for quality shots.
  • Integrated audio to create great acoustics, adaptable to the video-conferencing software used.
  • Microphone and comfort monitor for each speaker.
  • On-site production and technical assistance.
  • Livestream on social media with unlimited connections.
  • Event room rental for one day.

Live connection using the client's own platform. We insert a module on the customer's website through which users can follow the event online. If you do not have a Landing Page, we will provide you with one.

Live connection through a microsite including a customised interface, stream-player, question module, file download, etc.
