-Offer valid only for Incentive groups, meetings, or conventions with a minimum of 10 confirmed rooms per night from 3 nights of consecutive stay.

-Not valid for Leisure or wedding groups.

-Black-out dates: President´s Week, Easter, Christmas, and New Year´s Eve.

-Exclusive promotion for new contracted groups, it does not apply to groups already confirmed.

-Not combinable with other promotions or discounts.

-Not applicable towards plated dinner.

-Commissions and Rebates:

All commissions and rebates will be calculated based on the same reference amount, defined as the net room revenue actually generated and paid by the group, excluding taxes, fees, gratuities, and any non-commissionable items.

A 10% standard commission will be paid to the contracted agency.

An additional 5% incentive commission will be paid to the designated meeting planner.

A 5% rebate will be granted to the client.

**Complimentary events include:

Private or semi-private place (depending on the location selected), resort basic decoration (napkins, tables and chairs based on hotel existing inventory) waiter and bartender service, existing flatware and silverware, menu from chef selection and open bar from the all-inclusive package in which the room block is contracted. Décor, dance floor, Audiovisuals and entertainment not included. Curfew for outdoor events: 11 pm. Beach functions are surcharged USD 15 per person + taxes. Not applicable towards plated dinners. Standard set up fees for private functions prior to this promotion start at:

-Basic coffee break (30 minutes): USD 18 plus tax per person.

-Cocktail receptions (beverage only for 1 hour max): USD 20 plus tax per person.

-Private buffet dinners (up to 2 hours): USD 50 plus tax per person.

-Private plated dinners (up to 2 hours): USD 60 plus tax per person.
